Is to provide quality individualized essential
services for people in need of emotional, rehabilitative and social
support, on a twenty-four (24) hour basis, in the least restrictive
environment.

to be the top ranking Community Behavioral Healthcare Center within its
size, population and category within the State of Illinois, offering
quality services.

Paid for in whole or part by Illinois Department of Human Services

Monday - Friday 8 AM to 5 PM
Thursday - open until 8 PM
